Terms and Conditions

Article 1: Introductory provision
One Day Retreat Ibiza (Chamber of Commerce: @bylauri Chamber of Commerce 56779232, branch number 000026296926 specializes in organizing and conducting half-day & one-day retreats, workshops, private sessions, and week long retreats.

Article 2: The reservation order
Registration/reservation is done by completing the payment form on the website of onedayretreatibiza.com. After confirmation by e-mail and payment of the full amount, the booking is final.

Before concluding the agreement and the implementation thereof, the leading booker will provide the One Day Retreat Ibiza – yoga retreat with the necessary information about himself and the (possible) other travelers (s).

Article 3: Payments
A payment of 100% of the entire travel sum per person must be received in the bank account before the half-day or full-day retreat starts.

Article 4: Cancellation by the traveler of the mix & meet half and one-day retreats.

The beauty of Ibiza lies in the fact that everything can suddenly change here. Plans get tossed aside, and before you know it, you find yourself dancing until the morning sun in the club. However, for us, this unpredictability also results in a significant number of no-shows. Due to our limited availability, this can be quite inconvenient. That’s why it’s not possible to cancel on short notice, regardless of the reason (hangover/unforeseen circumstances/illness).

Cancellations are only accepted up to 14 days before the start of the half-day mix&meet retreat.

We will refund the full amount if the cancellation is made up to 14 days before the commencement.

Private retreats

For private retreats, we request a non-refundable pre-payment to secure your reservation.

Article 7: Cancellation by One Day Retreat Ibiza
One Day Retreat Ibiza has the right to cancel the agreement due to severe circumstances. Weighing circumstances are understood to mean circumstances that are such that further binding of One Day Retreat Ibiza to the agreement cannot reasonably be required (severe weather, natural disasters, threats or force of majority or illness of the teacher). In case we will have to cancel, you receive a 100% refund.

In addition, One Day Retreat Ibiza has the right to cancel the Mix & Meet retreats if there are fewer than six registrations. In this case, the full payment will be returned. Also in case of bad weather the full pre-payment (100%) will be returned.

Article 8: Change by One Day Retreat Ibiza
One Day Retreat Ibiza has the right to change the agreed services due to weighty circumstances, as further described in section 10. The change communicates One Day Retreat Ibiza – yoga retreat to the traveler within 72 hours (3 working days), after One Day Retreat Ibiza of the shift on been informed.

Article 9: Liability
1. Without prejudice to the provisions, One Day Retreat Ibiza is obliged to implement the agreement. In accordance with the expectations that the traveler may reasonably have under the contract. This is understood to mean: receiving different yoga and meditation sessions, a walk through nature, eating and drinking during this day, and the full attention of the supervisors.

Article 10: Obligations of the traveler
The traveler (s) is/are obliged to comply with all instructions from One Day Retreat Ibiza to promote the proper execution of the retreat and is/are liable for damage caused to themselves or third parties. One Day Retreat Ibiza is also not responsible if items disappear is stolen or forgotten during the retreats.

Article 11: Complaints
A shortcoming in the implementation of the agreement must be reported on the spot as soon as possible so that a solution can be found. You can report this to the teacher involved, if this is not present, at info@onedayretreatibiza.nl.

Article 12: Disputes
Dutch law applies to the agreements concluded, amended or supplemented on the basis of these travel conditions unless another law applies on the basis of mandatory rules. The travelers are deemed to have read and understood the above conditions prior to booking. When registering, the travelers agree to the above terms.
